Nolan Recker
Co-Founder & CEO
Nolan has spent his career at the intersection of formation, leadership, and human development as a pastor, educator, community health specialist, and coach. That journey gave him a front-row seat to what it actually takes to help people grow: consistent relationship, intentional structure, and someone who believes in who they are becoming.
He is also a husband and father who has experienced the chaos of youth sports from every angle as a parent, coach, and club leader. That experience made one thing clear. Coaches are doing some of the most important developmental work in a young person's life, and the tools they have been given do not reflect that.
That is why he co-founded Hey Coach. Not to build another team management app, but to create a platform worthy of the role coaches actually play. One that brings communication, culture, and athlete formation together in one place.
Nolan lives in Illinois and believes the best coaching question is not "Did we win?" but "Did we build better people?"

Jeff Sesol is an entrepreneur, leadership expert, and founder dedicated to helping people and organizations perform at their highest level. With more than three decades of experience building businesses, leading teams, and developing people, Jeff has built his career around one core belief: when people grow, organizations grow.
He has launched and scaled multiple companies, led transformational initiatives, and coached leaders across industries on culture, communication, accountability, and performance. His passion for leadership development led him to create Pull the Chute, a company focused on helping leaders grow into true leaders in business and life.
Jeff founded Hey Coach to improve communication between coaches, athletes, parents, and athletic programs while supporting mental wellness and stronger team culture. His vision is to positively impact the next generation through sports by giving coaches better tools to lead.
A speaker, author, and podcast host, Jeff is known for practical wisdom, direct insight, and a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Whether in the boardroom, locker room, or community, his mission remains the same: help people grow, lead, and win in life.
